Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I was watching a Chinese music video on a Chinese channel I have on Sky, and I really liked the song. Unfortunately I couldn't get the singers name or the song name, seeing as it was in Chinese... ^^;

The song was sung by a woman and was kind of upbeat. In the video she had very short red hair, was very slim and she was wearing a white dress. I think the video started off with her scribbling on some paper and she had a little white dog. I know it's not much to go by... But if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it!
