I am trying to find some chilled out hip hop. Anyone got any ideas. Preferably underground. thanks a lot!

Have you heard of The Atheletic Mic League? I recommend their tunes - they're about the music, not the fame. You can't buy their CDs in UK stores - but you can download them, and stores will order in for you.
Also try RJD2 and Handsome Boy Modelling School - definitely chilled out.
And if you want a bit of Old Skool try A Tribe Called Quest or The Pharcyde.
