This is the way of modern entertainment - as evidenced on the 'hologram' thread.

All that is required here is for four women who used to be The Spice Girls to stand on stage and mine to their hit records - the audience will enjoy the experience, and everyone is happy.

But for me, the salient fact is, this is not 'The Spice Girls' - it's a group of ladies of a certain age who, for a brief time, were The Spice Girls.

I remember when the SG first started, there were comments on Victoria's serious expression, and she did say that she does not like her smile, or pictures of it, so she tends not to smile in public.

On the rare occasions when she is pictures smiling, you can see she has a point - she looks seriously uncomfortable.

But that's not to say that she is not smiling inside - I am sure she is.

According to the Daily Mail "Posh Spice, Victoria, has decided to complete the line-up, which will see them all pocket £10million each, on the condition that she does not have to sing. As such, the reunion is not said to be looking at performing together again." So what will they be doing?
