Song About Blue Eyes

I heard a song on the radio the other day that I liked very much. I think it’s a fairly new song - at least I've not heard it before - but I can’t remember the title or the singer. The lyrics are something about ‘blue eyes’. Any ideas?

Patsy, until today I hadn't heard of him but that song is good.

Until today I had never heard of Paul Carrack; but I am Not a Pop Picker........However, I have now established that he is 67years of age and recorded the song concerned in 1995.
