Say Say Say remix / sample

Hi there, I heard a song on Capital Radio about a week ago, it was a dance song that sampled Say Say Say by Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney. It had the lines "All alone I sit home by the phone and wait for you baby" repeated over and over. The DJ said it was called 'Waiting for you' but I couldn't make out the artist, something like Hard Tac or Hi Tac? Any ideas folks, I love it and would love to get it :)
