Was it definitely Diana Ross? She tended to keep herself pretty well covered up, although she changed in the 80s when she had some raunchier videos (although she was no Nicki Minaj)- like this which features water and a white nightie.


My first thoufght was Donna Summer but I can't find one of hers that fits the description either
