That says "Eagle" was the longest song recorded by Abba (5 minutes and 51 seconds) danny, the question actually says which song took Abba the longest time to record rather than the actual length of the song.

How would anybody (apart from Abba) know how long it took them to record a particular song?

Thank you for your responses. This is a question from the latest Mensa monthly quiz. The answer could be Waterloo. The battle was in 1815 but they didn't finish writing the song until 1974 ;-)
