We have had another wonderful day,the sea has been to rough for a swim,
But wonderful to watch the white breakers,the red flag was flying to tell you keep out of the sea,I saw a man with two youngsters about six and eight wading in ,my wife made excuses for him maybe he is only here for a week and wants to make the best of his time,no I said he is a fool someone could get drowned trying to save them if they got into difficulties.

Red flags are for swimmers not paddlers. As long as the adult watches for unusually large waves I don't see a problem, perhaps the adult is not over protective?
