Unknown house tune

Does anyone know the house tune that has the lyrics, something like: 'It's time to get busy, baby, so I can lose control, all I want is the bass, yeah, all I want is the bass, yeah, etc...'? I heard some of the lyrics on the new 'MOS 2006 Annual' on a track called 'Music Power' by Porno. I want to know what the original was called. I used to hear it in clubs in the mid nineties.
