does anyone know what/where the 1st two lines relate to in the song wind of change by the scorpions?

Hi Andrea.

The Moskva is a river that runs through Moscow. Part of its run takes it alongside Gorky Park, Moscow's main amusement park and a big tourist attraction.

the song is all about the changes in eastern europe...the moskva is the name of the river that runs through moscow and gorky park is an amusement park....according to wikipedia they were inspired to write the song after a visit to moscow so included references to landmarks.
