name of a song?

hey yall!

i am trying to find a song that i heard on a burnt cd. no one that i know, knows the name of it. some told me that it is called "bartender". i can't find it anywhere.

it is a guy sitting at a bar, talking to the bartender about him and his girlfriend having a fight, her throwing is clothes out, him wrecking her car, probably getting 10 years for breaking his parole.

crazy huh?

the only part of the song that i really can remeber is: i'm sitting on the inside, waiting on my ride on the outside.
