Nil Points Again!

I most certainly haven't heard them all but those that I think show promise are : Czech Republic,Spain and the UK.

Everything got too much for Wogan at the end.

He descended into a caricature of himself, exaggerating those ludicrous speech patterns he created, where he was either whispering like an anonymous phone caller, or bawling like a poor man's Brian Blessed.

He finished up talking in a way that - in common with Jimmy Young - was a way used by no-one else on the planet.

Add to that his obsequious endless self-degradation which again reached ludicrous levels, and pointed out beyond doubt that anyone who runs himself down that much and that often is simply being ironic, and actually thinks he is seriously fabulous.

I don't watch the Eurovision these days, I have no idea if Mr Norton is any better at the commentary, he absolutely could be any worse!

I like Graham Norton’s commentary. He does tend to go along the Wogan lines of political neighbourly alliances, but he doesn’t have Wogan’s many annoyances that Andy-Hughes mentioned.
