An old quannum tune + video

I remember seeing a music video a couple of years ago by someone, but I cant for the life of me remember who it was or what the name of the song was, all I can remember is that they were part of the Quannum group. The video was mostly a cartoon animation featuring a giant ninja rabbit that walked around a city destroying things, well I think he was destroying things. Does anyone have any idea what Im talking about?

I think the tune is called 'i changed my mind.' the stereo mc's did a pretty good remix of it.
