I really enjoyed watching the videos posted earlie.
terrible..what a amazing guitarist, seen van helen at monsters of rock 1984 with ac/dc top bill...they did a great set...

The youtube link I put up (16:11) was not about the tapping, just the almost inhuman fingering.

The only musicians I've heard do anything comparable are the best Northumbrian pipers.

the amazing thing is he was an award winning pianist also a drummer and of course the Guitar but could not read a note of music apparently!
I'd rather have multiple musical ability than a superpower, I think. What a guy.
