Sparks never had a UK number one. You can add The Real Thing to your list though.

Were Dave and Ansil Collins brothers? (Remember "Double Barrel? "I... am the MAGNIFICENT!")
im actually cringing while writing this........................................right said fred!!.
rsd2525's suggestion is incorrect, by the way. The Allisons weren't related.
The Proclaimers

Proclaimers never reached number one

jenstar you are right---- funny though my name is bob day, and if you know the allisons-------
Hanson
Stevie Winwood and his brother Muff (short for Mervyn apparently) had number ones with the Spencer Davis Group. Does the wording of the question allow for Paul McCartney and his brother (Mick McGear of the Scaffold) who had number ones with different groups. In addition Eden Kane and Peter Sarstedt who had number ones as solo artists were brothers.
