Hotmail/Outlook Basic Subscription Question
I run a support group using a free Hotmail account.
It has always been fairly easy to use but I have posted on answerbank recently that recently when I have tried to send a group email out to all our members the account gets locked and I have to go through a a rigmarole to get logged back in again. The good people on here advised me that the blocks are probably Hotmail suspecting it is spam (and that there probably isn't much I can do about it).
But I'm wondering if I buy the basic £19.99 annual subscription would the same issue still arise? ie would that allow me to send out emails to our members without blocking or would I be no further foreward?
Thanks

[Q] What are the Outlook.com email limits?
[A] The limits for Microsoft 365 subscribers are:
Daily recipients: 5,000
Maximum recipients per message: 500
Daily non-relationship recipients: 1,000
[Notes: Limits may vary based on usage history and will be lower for non-subscribers.
A “non-relationship recipient” is someone you've never sent email to before.
The sending limits of any third party connected accounts depend upon the service provider.]

That's good.
You mention that this has worked until recently. I wonder if one of the recipients has (accidentally) flagged one of your mailouts as spam, which has caused your domain to get blacklisted. You can check here: https:/
Or maybe the emails are suddenly being flagged as spam? You can check that here: https:/
Alternatively, you might consider using a more robust email provider. I recommend either MailChimp or Brevo.
