is there any websites that will allow you 2 download any music without using the internet on your fone? (unlike JAMSTER)!

if you mean downloading music onto your phone..

the best option is to buy a bluetooth dongle and transfer via bluetooth..they only cost like �5-10..

I use one and update my phone's music like an mp3 player..
