Song Title and Band

I saw a video the other week, for a song that I think was released in the last year. It featured the singer from the band cycling slowly around some deserted streets of what looks like london. The song is fairly laid back but sounds a hell of alot like Dexy's Midnight Runners. A bit vague I know, But any help would be appreciated.
