Band Name?

Hi, we need a name we play music like The Strokes, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Razorlight.... there is a drummer, bassist, guitarist and singer.... we like the name The Intervals..... any ideas? cheers.

i have been driving a lot and thinking of my own bands name.............but as i havn't got a band you can have some of my ideas, dunno how good there are though but i think to many bands are calling theselves THE something,

1. a dancefloor from vagas

2. t-total Socialities

your album could be called

bungs, bribes and tai brides

how about Intermission?
its what they used to call an interval, especially in the cinema

and it also has other connotations - like you are on a mission and 'out of this world' etc

Hey... thanks for your quick answers. 'Intermission' sounds a bit heavy, dunno why.. 'Red Lights' would have been good, i like 'Taxi Cab' and 'Big Deal' too... really like 'The Librarians'. 'Monkey & the Bumheads' is far too stupid. I love the name 'The Subways', which is of course taken. Some oxymoron's are good... if you know what they are... like 'Alone Together', 'Same Difference' and 'Microsoft Works'... joke! keep 'em comin.
