I've been trying to find this out for ages. I'm pretty sure it's Moby but I'm not certain. The music video was a baby in the womb "singing". The songs quite a slow one.

If you have sky they show it most sunday mornings on sky music channel 344 (dance music) during the 'Chilled' section, (roughly 9am till 1pm).

Easy mistake to make. The baby isn't Moby, it just looks like him. :-)
