just heard the song ''Mr Blue Sky'' on the radio and its sounds as if john lennon worte the song. i dont think he did but the writer of the song ever he was in a ''lennon mood'' when he wrote it?

Jeff lynne wrote it, and its generally known lynne was a big beatles fan and is highly influenced by them, also was a big mate of george harrison and fellow member of the travelling wilburys and co produced free as a bird and real love on the beatles anthology albums.
