Actually, i just did a search in Google for the lyrics and they came up. If you do a search for the band name it should bring up some more info.

This song, and the next line from the quote you give, is 'Oh Bondage Up Yours' by X-Ray-Spex, from 1977. Their album 'Germ Free Adolescents' is my favourite punk album, good tunes, excellent lyrics (which you often can't make out when Poly Styrene sings them), fantastic thrash punk (including very primitive but effective saxophone) and an obsession with the artificial plastic-ness of the modern world which still sounds bang up to date. Although 'Oh Bondage...' wasn't originally on the album, I'm sure it IS an extra track on more recent CD reissue versions. It wasn't available on CD for ages, which was a crime, so now it (hopefully still) is it would be criminal not to take advantage.
