desperatley need song title and artist

This is gonna be vague I'm afraid ..... there was a dance track i heard about 10-12years ago ... it was sung by what sounded like a black american diva .. big voice .. the backing track was the funky drummer with the . WOO CUT .. sample as used in IT TAKES TWO by Rob base and EZ Rock .. I remember the lady singing .. YOU GOT TO THINK ... YOU GOT TO THINK . it was classic RnB dance track... Very vague I know guys .. but I have faith in ya'll

Great record - same drummer that played on Funky Drummer therefore similiar sounding break- in fact same band - the JB's.
