Hi, this is from nearly 20 years ago now, but I was chatting with friends and it came up. My grandad had a little windy handled wooden music box and he called it his piddle dee pat. I thought it was a Yorkshire-ism but happen he got it in war times from America. Maybe Buddy Holly also had one.
