Another old Dance track

I get the feeling it was about the same time as Dirty Vegas - Days Go By, but this one was really funky, on MTV Dance a lot again.

All I can remember is that it had the words "I ain't got the blues no more I said" preceded by something along the lines of "oooh.. rockin' my head" but don't quote me on that coz it's a bit fuzzy.

Any ideas on a name and artist?
