Anyone know what band this is ??

A friend of mine is trying to work out what this song is but all she can remember is that they were an american band and the video is set in a huge house with a pool where there has obviously been a party and everyone is hung over and lying about.
She can't remember any of the lyrics, she just has the tune in her head. She thinks it was about 3-4 years ago but could be more.

She thinks they only had one hit but it was quite catchy and possibly even cheesy. Oh and the lead singer was quite cute if that helps.

Anyone got any ideas ??

I'm only guessing here, but it sounds a bit like the video for "Obsession" by Animotion. It's easy enough to find, but maybe this will get your chum on the right track if she hears it! Incidentally it came out in the mid-80s. Good luck in your search.

Sounds like 'Dancing In The Moonlight' by Toploader to me - obviously not if she is sure the band were American.
