Ticketmaster offered me the chance to have tickets at Milton Keynes due to the Balls up at Wembley. On their e mail they asked the question, do you want a full refund? on answering Yes, if just says ' thanks for your comments....Do you think I shall contact Watchdog Now or wait, they only give you two weeks to decide.

Do it now, you cannot let these ticket firms get away with ripping real music fans off. Give nicky & the team a call!!!

why not contact them first to at least give them a chance to put it right.the email probably contained an incorrect link.

Ticketmaster is one of the most reputable ticket firms you can find. I would agree with Mattk and there may be a fault with the link.

If you read the small print, you'll find that the promoters and ticket outlets are within their rights to change, or even cancel concerts without prior notice. on this occasion, it is clear that the change of venue is not the fault, or responsibility of the propmters or ticket vendors.

As advised, they will refund if that's what you need - you need to write to them, or e-mail their Customer Service Department for further advice.
