There are loads of old skool compilations out just now.

In my high st record shop there is a massive dance section and the 80's/old skool is huge!

Off the top of my head Back to the old skool-hip hop by MOS is a good one and The deep heat compilations were pucker but you'll have trouble finding them-let me know if you do!

That third link doesnt work but it refers to the Mastercuts Classic House series which i think goes up to Volume 3. They are really good.

Saw a Hacienda Classics 3 cd set advertised on the TV the other day. From what I could see there was some pretty decent stuff on there (bout 14.99 in HMV). Mind you, like Allen63b pointed out, you can't go wrong with the 'Deep Heat' compilations (Classic back in the day!!).
