Song with actions

When in a pub the other nite i heard a song, i dunno if its old or new but it had actions to it which all the bar staff were doin, n kept getting faster n adding bits on the end of the verse everytime u sing it (kinda like the head shoulders knees n toes concept!) it was an adults song as it was quite rude but funny none the less! The only thing i remember about the actions were there were actions for man and woman referin to their bits!! hope someone can help!
