Can anyone name some songs that you know you shouldn't admit to liking because they're cheesy or just not very goodbut you can't help but like them!! Here are some of mine and they are totally different to the majority of music I listen to!! (honest)

- Nobody does it better by Carly Simon, Holding back the years by Simply Red, Time after Time by Cyndi Lauper, Biology by Girls Aloud, A Little Respect by Erasure and Against All Odds by Phil Collins.

Have I just embarrassed myself by admiting to these?

OMG confession time. BeeGees-How Deep Is Your Love, Boney M - Mary's Boy Child, Dolly Parton - I will Always Love You, and I love it when Cha Cha Slide comes on, or Show Me the Way to Amarillo.

I'll get me coat.

Anything by Jim Steinman, including (but definitely not limited to!) such classics as:

  • Total Eclipse Of The Heart

  • Faster Than The Speed of Night

  • Good Girls Go To Heaven (Bad Girls Go Everywhere)

  • Dance In My Pants

  • Dead Ringer For Love

  • Bat Out Of Hell

  • Paradise By The Dashboard Light

  • I Need A Hero

  • Bad For Good

Mrs Pid will only let me sing along to any of the above songs when I'm in the car on my own!

i will always regret listening to Lil' Louis' French Kiss for the first time. Just don't listen to it if your family are round or anyone for that matter

you have not embarrassed yourself by admitting to those songs you mentioned as I'm sure a lot of people like those songs the same as I do

now if you admit to things like bob the builder, the wombles and others like them then you would be really embarrssed

Vanilla Ice: Ice, Ice baby. I just love it!!
As a fully paid up member of the NME crowd who believe themselves to be far to cool for school, it pains me to say that I stuck on Take That - Back for Good the other day, pinched from my flatmate's bedroom whilst he was on holiday. I'll confess to liking Beautiful by James Blunt as well. Don't tell anyone else, I'm now going into hiding.
There's one currently in the charts called (I think) 'From Paris to Berlin'. Very cheesy but I really like it!
