Im desperatly trying to find out who the arstist or name of the song that is played at many uk football matches (when a goal is scored) . Sounds like (bare with me) da....da da di da......... / da.....da da di do...........

Is also played on CITV Saturday show down. Music sounds 50/60's. Any help would save me from going mad.

It's hard to tell from this description. It could be Tom Hark or it could be "Poppa's got a brand-new pigbag" by Pigbag. Heard them both used as goal music.

I know the song you mean. A sample of it was used in the pogues 'fiesta'. - However there must be a more popular version somewhere as i cannot believe everyone has heard the pogoes song.

I think this is the same song that's been bugging me try listening to the into to "ring of Fire", Hope this helps I've had my 7 year old hounding e to find out what song was being played after each goal celebration.
