It's unlikely you'd be able to import one-off albums at trade prices. Companies work on bulk buying, and you'd need a licence to import andf sell, so unless you are retailing in significant numbers, the idea isn't going to float.

amazon.co.uk and amazon.com are the ones for you!! go for the used ones as they are just like new!! complete bargains!!
The CDs in Costco are really cheap!

Here you go mate ..... Prices include postage :-) I use them for all the family music and DVD's. Originally they were only a fiver a CD but the music industry whined on about unfair compition and they were forced to put there prices up ............ still cheap though :-)

Hah! never caught the full drift of your original question ........ If you do a google search you will find you can source really cheap, fully legal discs from the states, only trouble being you may get collered by Custom & Excise when you import them and have to pay tax on them.
Also check out Jersey retailers of Cd & DVD, they all do one off's at tax free prices.
CD WOW! is the best. Fact.
oh, and if you go here you get loads of back catalogue titles for next to nothing.
