I can't see the video, but I know she was in a video a few years ago for the White Stripes' 'I just don't know what to do with myself'. A cover of the DustySpringfield track.

It was shot in black and white and Kate was pole dancing.

Right - I couldn't get the link to work so i did a search - If THIS is the video you mean then the song is called 'Red Tape' by Agent Provocateur. It was on the soundtrack to 'The Jackal' starring Bruce Willis and I think it was on a trailer for Underworld. It's a different mix to the one i've got, but it's definately that song.
