Which band did a cover of Lynn Anderson's 'Rose Garden' in the 80's??....anyone got any ideas?

There was a track by Kon Kan called "I beg your pardon" ,which sampled Rose Garden quite heavily, from about 1988/89.

New Worlds' version was in the 70's, I believe?

Kon Kan was the 80's cover..or should I say sample as they only used the 'hook' line.
