Funky House song

Hi, I heard a song on the radio ages ago and I can't think of what ist's called or who it is. It's a funky house / dance song (not recent) and generally the only lyrics are "I'm in love" the whole way through it and the "love" word is really drawn out! It's a long shot I know but I'm desperate for the answer!

by the way, just realised there's alot of different lyrics in it but at one point it repeats 'i'm in love' a hell of alotta times! and was released around the time you said i think! xx
