Does anyone know who recorded a version of this song in 1958? I think Frank Sinatra was the original was it not???

The answer was gerry and the pacemakers
It was gordon mcray from the musical carassel
it was gordan mcray from the film carosell
Sorry all, I think you will find it was Frank Sinatra in 1945 where he took it to number 9 on the billboard Rgds Al
Sorry all, I meant to say that was the first recording. Carousel came out in 1956 and I reckon that Levi is righ about the 1958 recording.. Complicated aint it!
