BBC Holiday theme tune

Can anybody tell me the name of the Theme tune for the BBC Holiday show. I

know originally from its orgin to 80's it was a track called HeartSong. However since the 90s its changed. Its the name of the recent version which I am after.

Radio One have used it in a few links recently which is what reminded me of it.

I can tell you that the original Heartsong was by Gordon Giltrap but I know that doesn't help you, sorry.

They used Voyager by Paul Hardcastle as the theme tune for a while - not sure if they still do!
