There is this song , a majorly funky tune, probably 80`s, NOT pop, don`t know artist or title, mostly the lyrics go
" funky five , all night long", there arent a lot of varying lyrics, the musics sooo good it doesn`t matter! It starts with a solid bass line, then theres brass, then sax ,i cant find it anywhere online . HELP ! the tapes getting old and i need this and other tunes on this tape in order to carry on sanity!

There was a hip-hop group formed in 1979 called Funky Four Plus One ..

No such luck! That stuff just isn`t funky enough to be the band i`m looking for, Thanks anyway! I was wondering if i copied the tape, would there be some amazing person out there who could identify it? What do you reckon?
