Voodoo Child is driving me nuts

Now, I know that the sample of Voodoo Child by Rogue Traders is a track called Pump It Up by Elvis Costello, but I KNOW I have heard it elsewhere...like an advert or TV theme tune. Somebody must know. PLEASE HELP!!!!
