i'm making a chilled summery compilations, any suggestions for good songs to include?

Everloving - Moby, So Easy - Royksopp, Chicago - Groove Armada, Take Five - Dave Brubeck, Perfect Day - Lou Reed, High Hopes - Pink Floyd, Clocks - Coldplay, The Rafters - Moby, The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy) - Simon & Garfunkel, Pure Shores - All Saints, The Man Who Sold The World - Nirvana..can't think of any more for the mo, but these songs always do it for me, very loud on the earphones, laying in the garden (or on Brighton beach!) and a couple of cold Stellas....mmmm!

Summer Breeze by the Isley Brothers, the original Don Henley Boys of Summer, and sun is shining (not sure if that's the actual title!!) by Bob Marley are my favourite summer theme songs!

You could do worse than these: Summertime by Kool and the Gang, Everybody Loves the Sunshine by Roy Ayers and Long Hot Summer by The Style Council.

Baby I love your way by Big Mountain has a fantastically happy, summery feel and if you can get the spanish language version even better. How about Summer (the first time) by Bobby Goldsborough for steamy lyrics and there's also the brilliant Long Hot Summer by The Style Council and Cruel Summer by the Bananarama Girls. Also, Closest thing to Heaven by The Kane Gang. Brilliant!

Hi Tracyh. Sorry to bother you as you've probably made your cd by now but I'm doing exactly the same and I've just realised I didn't give you the correct title for Big Mountain's spanish version of Baby I Love Tour Way. It's actually called "Baby te quiero a ti" and is absolutely fantastic to chill out to in the sun. Enjoy!
