I heard a song in Sicily last year which kinda goes 'Detroit, New York and LA, but I'm stuck in the...UK.' Anyone know what it is?

From your lyrics I would say that it was by a group (DJ'S) called Planet Funk and the track was called "Who Said". The reason I know is because it uses a sample of a Gary Numan track called "Metal " It was released in the UK this Summer but didn't get very far, even after extensive radio play!! Dazz
