heaven 17 on GMTV, did anyone see it?

Did anyone see Heaven 17 on GMTV this mornng singing Temptation. I was expecting them to sound a bit dated but they sounded every bit as good as they did all those years ago and the young girl who was singing with them was superb!

I have the LP that songs from "the luxury gap", its alrite i dunno if they have a strong enough catalogue overall to make a serious revival.

I saw it - and if, as I strongly suspect the singer was the original vocalist - Carol Kenyon - she'd be very flattered to be called a 'young girl' - she won;t see forty again! She is still gorgeous!

thanks Andy, she certainly looked like a young girl to me! either way, she was fantastic.
Does it matter if they were miming, they have obviously re-done the track , they werent miming off an old Luxury Gap LP! but i have to agree about maybe not having enough songs for a revival, but they did say that they have never stopped performing.
That has to be one of the best songs from the 80's and there were cetainly some classics! Timeless too!

Why are they doing 'Temptation' again? hey, I am a H17 fan, but they did do much better tunes ..'Penthouse & Pavement' & 'Let Me Go' are in my top ten!

They were miming, but it was great to see them out and about again. Don't believe the lass was Carol Kenyon, but don't know exactly who she was. Roll on the next Eighties revival !

thanks for the name jay jay it was bugging me as i couldn't think what it was. Im not convinced the girl was the original either. As fir the 80's, that was just the best decade for music in my opinion. I still love it all to this day but i was a massive Duranie!!!! ;-)
I saw Wham, Duran Duran and Culture Club in the 80's. God, what i'd give to see any of them perform once again!!!!
