my main stattion is radio 5 but whenever it gets a bit sombre (a lot recently, due t the state of the world) i turn over t chris moyles ... I dont find him particularly funny, but he is certainly lighthearted. Sometimes he might say 1 thing that makes me laugh, but i have to say its not a very accessible show to new listeners as there seem to be a lot of in jokes and long running stuff that goes over my head

At least it keeps him off the telly, if you remember the unfortunate incident when Channel 5 gave the health care timebomb his own show, but he was quickly replaced by the marginally better Christian O'Connell.
I agree about 'Comedy' Dave, about as funny as Schindler's List, but I did meet Moyles' former producer Joe once, and found him to be charming, with a strong resemblance to Nirvana bass player Krist Novoselic.

I can only assume the Comedy Dave nickname is ironic - I certainly hope so. Just like the other Chris (Evans), Moyles seems to confuse oafishness with humour. I don't mind oafish comedy in itself, as long as it's funny, but he isn't.

He annoys me too Regulators, and i know quite a few others who share our same views. I used to listen to him, but he is too full of himself, not particularly funny and very rude somethings - which is why a lot of people find him funny - unless it was directed at them!

He talks far too much for my liking and therefore doesnt play as many songs as he should.

I simply think that kids/younger listeners will look up to him and try to mimic his views/language/attidtude, which isnt a good thing!
The world is going to the dogs and its all his fault! lol

He's a talentless ****. Try listening to BBC 6Music. Proper music, no ***** and no ridiculous playlists for 12 year olds.
