Comedy villain music

Can anyone tell me the name of or where I can download the stereotypical music that introduces the villain in Tv comedies and panto's. (I have seen it used specifically in Blackadder goes fourth)

Peer-to-peer music sharing sites like Kazaa have lots of music of all descriptions, and the people who share tjose files probably don't know what the piece is properly called either, so they might have called it 'baddie music' or 'badd gys' or some such. Maybe that's the best way to find it after all this time!
