iTunes and music transfers

My old PC had MP3's stored in 2 external locations and managed within iTunes. Now I have a new PC with sufficient internal storage i would like to move all music to the new PC, to be played within iTunes, without losing any order or formatting of title or album art. Is there an easy way?
