Mp3 Players

I have just bought an Mp3 player. Yesturday I had all my songs on it but when I went to add more it wont let me. It says the file can not be made, and now all of my stuff is gone and it wont let me add anything??? Anyone know how to do it?

What mp3 player do you have? similar thing happened on my ipod a while ago. turned out that it was just full and i couldnt add anymore tunes on to it. a window opened and i clicked yes then it got rid of all my tunes

Can't really help you but a similar thing happened to me with the free mp3 player i got with my student account. I could put the songs on but when i tried to play them it kept telling me "format error". In the end i just bought a new one as it was free in the first place. I suggest you take it back if you can and enquire or get another one. (making sure as mc-dredd said that it isn't just full.)
