Hi I think that is Fired up by Funky Green somethng think Funky Green dogs I will check and get back to you I have it here

It is by funky green dogs and called Get Fired Up it is on a ministry of sound chillout cd from about 96 or 97

if you are right and think you could be - I think it sampled from Funky Green Dogs because I am almost 100% sure it has that rift in it havent heard it for years so I may be wrong.
