So good that the Cocteaus are getting a mention on here.

Seeing as they were formed around Grangemouth I'd assume the video was set in Scotland...possibly an island...

Got an answer from Robin himself on the cocteau's messageboard. It was actually the cascade at Virginia Water near Windsor, Surrey. He also apologised for the haircuts...
