Can you identify these songs please?

Hi All,

I keep missing the title and the name of the band of the following two songs. I'd google but I'm not even sure if I've got the song lyrics right!

Song 1) 'Lets dance to the beat of the drum, lets go out...'

Song 2) 'And it feels like we're never going home...'

I'm pretty sure they're both recent.

If anyone can enlighten me, it'd be much appreciated!

Firstly, cannot remember the title of the first song, but its by Badly Draw Boy - his new one..the second song, is familiar, when it comes to me I will let ya know....
