I have a IITRONICS MP3 player which my computer recognises. I have purchased music from MSN transferred to my SYNC. list and pushed the button. The
screen on MP3 says the titles are being transferred and goes on to finish. When I try and listen to the music there is total silence but the screen shows the track one is trying to listen to. Please tell an old man what he is not doing or doing wrong. An idiots list of instructions would
be gratefully received.

Tracks purchased from MSN (or any legal service) are protected from illegal copying by DRM. You must make sure your MP3 player is DRM-capable. It may be that you can download a firmware update for the player to enable it.

Doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong.
